Peanut Butter Biscuits

1 cup of softened butter, 227 grams.
1 cup of smooth peanut butter or crunchy peanut butter.
1 cup of chelsea white sugar.
1 cup of Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar, firmly packed
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt


Utensils:
Hand mixer
Teaspoon


Method
1. Slice butter into little cubes.
1. Put butter into a big mixing bowl .
3. Then add a cup of peanut butter into the bowl.
4. After that mix it with a hand mixer.
5. Pour 1 cup of white sugar and brown sugar into the bowl.
6. Crack 2 eggs then pour it into the bowl.
7. Add 2 and a ½ cups of flour.
8. Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda and baking powder.
9. Mix it again.
10. Roll it like a ball.
11. Then decorate it.
12. Place it on a tray and put it in the oven for 12 minutes, 80 degrees.
